Locum CRNA needed in VA to start in 60 days and work ongoing Shifts available: 2 - 3 PRN, 8/hr shifts 6:00-6:30a start, running 4 OR's, and 3 endo suites. Cases: GI, Eyes, Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, Peds Dental Medical Direction. Up to 7 rooms a day (2 Anesthesiologists) Paper charting. Credentialing takes about 60 days from file submission. $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included. $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals Full Daily Rate per weekend day + Premium after 4 hours.
