CRNA / Anesthesiology

A leading healthcare facility in South Carolina is currently seeking multiple CRNAs to join their team in a flexible, hospital-based setting. This position offers a collaborative work environment with the opportunity to work across multiple locations. About the Opportunity: Shift: Preference for 4x10s or 5x8s, with an additional position available for 13.5-hour shifts Schedule: Flexible Setting: Hospital-based Call: Available but not required Multiple openings Coverage Locations: Requires flexibility to work at different sites within a 60-mile radius Responsibilities: Administering anesthesia care for surgical and non-surgical procedures Assessing patients pre-operatively and developing individualized anesthesia care plans Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and medical teams to ensure patient safety Monitoring patients during procedures and adjusting anesthesia levels as needed Ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred Education: Master's or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia License: Active South Carolina CRNA license required (temporary license possible with no malpractice history) Certification: National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Desired Skills: Experience working across multiple hospital sites Ability to adapt to flexible schedules Strong patient care and critical thinking skills
