City: Charleston State: WV Start Date: 2025-06-02 End Date: 2025-09-01 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12 Hours Day shift Description: 263 ALL inclusive is the new rate for CRNA s THIS INCLUDES ALL TRAVEL AND OT/HOLIDAYS WHICH THEY WILL NOT WORK Job ID : Specialty: CRNAStart Date: ASAPContract Length: Shift Details: able to work 5-8 s 4 40s 3 12 s 7a-3p 7a-5p 7a-7p. No call shifts.willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month Schedule: once credentialed will get schedule from site depending on what confirmed for and when they go to Med staff orientation Work Details:
• Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week 2 full time due to one leaving and several pregnancies
• Patient Population/Age: All ages inpatient and outpatient
• Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other. Various
• types of surgery General vascular orthopedic urology plastics dental IR CDL thoracic peds neuro cardiac endoscopy center
• EMR: Cerner Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Hospital Requirements:
• Board Certification: WV
• License Required: Yes
• Certifications Required: ACLS BLS and PALS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years. Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Shift Info: Day 3x12-Hour 07:00 - 19:00 Notes: N/A 1099 Pay Rate: $205.14 Travel candidates only (50 miles or more from facility) Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
