Job Description - Providing comprehensive support to CRM users across the organization
- Resolving CRM-related issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborating with technology department to implement CRM updates and enhancements
- Conducting CRM training sessions for employees
- Maintaining documentation on CRM processes and troubleshooting guides
- Monitoring CRM system performance and reporting any issues
- Contributing to the continual improvement of CRM support processes
- Providing feedback on CRM system to technology department for future upgrades
