Our client is looking for an IT Operations Specialist, blending CRM administration with hands-on IT support. You'll optimize their CRM (Tamarac), manage vendor relations, ensure compliance, and provide tech support. This role offers skill growth, mentorship, and career development in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Improve workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations; train users.
- IT Support: Troubleshoot issues, manage devices (laptops, phones, AV), and assist onboarding/offboarding.
- Compliance & Projects: Support cybersecurity, vendor coordination, and process improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Tech-savvy problem-solver with 2+ years in IT/CRM (Tamarac/Dynamics a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, CRM integrations, and workflow automation.
- Strong communicator, proactive, and adaptable in a small team.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience is valued.
