Job Title: CRM Specialist (Automotive Industry)
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Irvine, CA

Overview:
Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and sales conversion through strategic CRM campaign development and execution. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to design and launch data-driven initiatives that support retention and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a CRM expert and project leader, collaborating daily with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and external agencies to plan and deploy campaigns.
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns targeted to specific customer demographics with the goal of increasing retention and driving sales conversions.
- Create detailed email campaign plans, outlining key deliverables, customer segments, communication cadence, and messaging strategies, etc.
- Lead the coordination and execution of campaigns across various internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and manage project plans with a focus on improving customer loyalty, increasing throughput, and enhancing the integration of customer data into CRM platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer data to continuously optimize CRM initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and privacy regulations throughout CRM activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM strategy and execution.
- Proven track record in the automotive industry is strongly preferred, particularly with customer retention, lease lifecycle management, or loyalty programs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Salesforce Data Cloud is highly desirable.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities across departments.
- Deep understanding of CRM data modeling, segmentation, and customer lifecycle analytics.
- Working knowledge of data governance, privacy laws, and consent frameworks related to CRM.
