Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and implement robust CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications to support enterprise-wide business processes.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems via API development and Azure services.
- Utilize Power Automate for workflow automation and business process flows.
- Manage and maintain code and project pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution architecture and design roadmaps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using C , .NET, and JavaScript.
- Develop and manage data structures and reports using SQL Server.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and other team members.
- Ensure best practices, standards, and architectural principles are followed throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and development.
- Expertise in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proficient in C , .NET, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Strong experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with API development and integration.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and backlog management.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
