The CRM, Ship-In Administrator assists with data integrity related to the companies CRM system while acting as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders related to the Ship-In processes. This role delivers accuracy and efficiency through an emphasis on details, proactive communication, continuous improvement, and time management ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Position starts at $26 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintains integrity of customer/prospect database Oracle CRM through regular data checking, data research utilizing online sources
  • Enters contacts and updates contact data based through lists generated from event registration and attendance
  • Updates CRM with information obtained from email campaign reports; removes contacts based on returned mail
  • Responds to the Dealer Network requests to add account locations in our territory; sends requests to the Dealer Network to have our accounts/team members added in CRM to specified accounts
  • Researches through various online databases new accounts to ensure accuracy in legal name and addresses
  • Responsible for weekly review of Dealer Network Ship-In notification report
  • Ensures Dealer Network ship-In information received and accurate
  • Monitors daily inventory / shipping logs submitted by outside Transportation Company
  • Prepares accurate and timely work orders for Field Service/Dispatch through ERP system for Ship-In equipment
  • Works with outside Transportation Company and Field
  • Maintains accurate and inclusive electronic files
  • Ensures accurate, positive, and proactive communication with respective stakeholders regarding Ship-In process
  • Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Proposal Generation Software systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication and application of the same within all levels of organization internal and external.
  • Ability to keep current with technology and to learn new computer programs effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work.
  • Ability to exercise creativity and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of VSimple or other workflow automation platforms a plus.
Education & Experience:

This position requires a minimum of an Associate's Degree in related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Oracle CRM Systems a plus.
