Paradigm is seeking a highly organized and systems-minded CRM & Sales Support Specialist to support our sales operations with a focus on outbound growth and internal sales enablement. This hybrid role bridges frontline sales support with backend CRM administration-ensuring our team has the tools, workflows, and documentation needed to engage prospective clients consistently and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sales Enablement & Documentation
    1. Maintain and continually improve a centralized sales enablement library, including proposal templates, pitch content, service descriptions, and pricing documentation.
    2. Create tailored sales proposals and presentations in collaboration with Account Executives to support high-conversion outreach and follow-ups.
    3. Coordinate internal inputs for RFPs and RFIs and support polished, compliant submissions.
    4. Ensure quick and accurate delivery of sales documentation for prospecting, demos, and follow-ups.
    5. Develop and maintain internal playbooks and process documentation that support consistency and scale.
    6. Prepare and ship sample packets and marketing kits to potential clients, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • CRM Administration - Microsoft Dynamics
    1. Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring accurate records, user adoption, and alignment with SOPs.
    2. Monitor, refine, and optimize outbound sales workflows and sequences, with a focus on efficiency and consistency.
    3. Identify opportunities for automation and reporting enhancements that improve visibility into the sales pipeline.
    4. Lead CRM onboarding and training for new team members, providing clear guidance and ongoing support.
    5. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track outbound activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline development.
    6. Conduct regular audits and resolve user issues to ensure CRM data integrity.
  • Event & Conference Sales Support
    1. Coordinate the preparation, packaging, and timely shipment of marketing materials, booth collateral, and demo kits for conferences and regional events.
    2. Maintain a well-organized inventory of branded materials and ensure logistics are in place for each event.
    3. Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery for all event-related materials.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in a sales support, sales operations, or CRM admin role-preferably in an outbound-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms required. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales sequences, sales engagement tools, and workflow automation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and documentation.
  • Strong written communication and formatting skills.
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Reliable and dependable transportation for timely work attendance.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times for packing and shipping conference materials.
  • Bonus: Background in higher education services, credentialing, or related fields.
