The Planet Group is looking for a
CRM Marketing Manager to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and is hybrid in Culver City, CA.
CRM Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch multi-channel customer communications that aim to generate awareness, increase acquisition, and drive engagement
- Work cross functionally with various teams, including Data Science, Design, Product, Engineering, and Business teams
- Think strategically, implement flawlessly, and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed, global organization
- Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity
- Identify and communicate to internal teams when issues arise
- Optimize program performance through A/B testing and experimentation
- Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance, increase operational efficiency, and further develop internal platform features
- Contribute to a knowledge base of articles, best practices, and playbooks that serves as repository for training resources.
CRM Marketing Manager Qualifications: - 5 - 7 years years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
- Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys
- High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Experience in SQL preferred.
- Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner
- Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks
- Ability to react calmly to curveballs, come up with contingency plans, make judgment calls and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment
- Team player mentality with strong consideration for impact on team members
- BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience
