As our CRM Manager, you'll be the architect of customer journeys, the wizard behind every "did they really send THAT email?" moment, and the guardian of our contact lists. You'll take the reins of our CRM platform (we're big fans of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Braze-but we're open to your expertise) to craft segmented campaigns, A/B test like a lab scientist, and sculpt data-driven strategies that boost engagement, retention, and (let's be honest) revenue.


We're looking for someone who's equal parts marketer, data whisperer, and customer champion. If you get a weird thrill from segmentation strategies and love crafting journeys that actually work, you might be our person.


What You'll Do

  • Build Relationships at Scale: Develop and execute CRM campaigns that feel personal (even when they're not). From welcome flows to win-backs, you'll own the full lifecycle.
  • Segment Like a Pro: Slice and dice the data to find micro-audiences, then speak to them like you really know them.
  • Test Everything: A/B testing is your love language. Headlines, CTAs, subject lines - if it moves, you test it.
  • Make Data Your Superpower: Monitor key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, LTV, CAC, ROAS) and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with creative, product, and analytics to bring campaigns to life - from concept to conversion.
  • Automate the Magic: Build automated workflows that trigger the right message at the right time with tools like Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep tabs on CRM trends, platform updates, and customer behavior so we're always one step ahead.

What You Bring

  • 2-5+ years of professional experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or comparable role ideally in DTC (Direct to Consumer) marketing
  • Experience managing a CRM platform such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Iterable, Hubspot, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, dynamic content, and behavioral targeting
  • A/B testing proficiency
  • Creative instincts with a data-driven mindset
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and presenting to stakeholders
  • A passion for optimizing, personalizing, and delighting
