Job Description
The CRM Functional Admin will manage the functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, configuring and customizing D365 modules, and leading functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. The CRM Functional Admin will serve as the primary point of contact between the CRM business users and will liaison with the IT technical team when developer requirements are needed, ensuring the solution is delivered to meet client expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovative solutions.
The successful candidate will be able to proactively communicate and work together with stakeholders and project teams to analyze business needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: requirements, use cases, functional specification, interface mockups, wireframes, test cases. This role performs administrative configuration and set up of security roles, Campaigns, Journeys, Marketing list, Lead creation & workflows, data merge & exports and other similar Admin functions.

Skills and Requirements
4+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration.
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft SQL.
Experience managing projects from ideation to successful delivery.
Proven experience functioning as a liaison to the IT technical team providing requirements needed for development.
Collaborate with colleagues in the organization for platform-specific support needs and new software or hardware recommendations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are preferred but not required.
Experience in health care information technology and operational experience with a focus on improving the quality and safety of healthcare is preferred.
