Statement of the Position:
The CRM Functional Admin will manage the functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, configuring and customizing D365 modules, and leading functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. The CRM Functional Admin will serve as the primary point of contact between the CRM business users and will liaison with the IT technical team when developer requirements are needed, ensuring the solution is delivered to meet client expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovative solutions.
The successful candidate will be able to proactively communicate and work together with stakeholders and project teams to analyze business needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: requirements, use cases, functional specification, interface mockups, wireframes, test cases. This role performs administrative configuration and set up of security roles, Campaigns, Journeys, Marketing list, Lead creation & workflows, data merge & exports and other similar Admin functions.
Specific Experience: 4+ years of experience with implementing functionality and building solutions as an administrator in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM- Customer Insights and Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Solution Design:
- Lead the design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Integrate tools with CRM solutions.
- Work closely with IT technical teams to ensure the alignment of functional configurations and technical development when required.
- Ensure alignment of the solution with industry best practices and business goals.
Quality Assurance:
- Lead system testing, including functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the solution works as expected.
- Collaborate with User acceptance team to troubleshoot and resolve any defects or issues.
Delivery Management:
- Manage the delivery of D365 functional solutions, ensuring project milestones and timelines are met.
- Responsible for project scoping, timeline estimation and configuration execution.
- Post-Implementation Support:
- Provide functional support during go-live and post-implementation phases, assisting with any issues or changes needed after deployment.
- Ensure that the D365 solution continues to meet evolving business needs and recommend system improvements, as necessary.
User Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective and efficient use of CRM functionality.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate with key stakeholders to provide product updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Best Practices and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features and updates.
- Recommend and implement best practices for CRM configuration and usage.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Required Education, Experience & Competencies:
- 4+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft SQL.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are preferred but not required.
- Experience in health care information technology and operational experience with a focus on improving the quality and safety of healthcare is preferred.
- Experience managing projects from ideation to successful delivery.
- Proven experience functioning as a liaison to the IT technical team providing requirements needed for development.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the organization for platform-specific support needs and new software or hardware recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Location: In office 3 days per week in Franklin, Tennessee
