We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to be a key part of our Marketing team, contributing to our ongoing growth and success.
What we expect from you:
- Execute and manage email and WhatsApp campaigns, ensuring quality and analyzing results.
- Handle automated customer journeys and oversee discount/credit uploads in the CRM system.
- Plan and review organic social media content to maintain brand consistency and engagement.
- Manage influencer campaigns on TikTok and Instagram, fostering strong relationships for maximum impact.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Lead partnership initiatives, evaluate renewals, and explore new opportunities.
- Develop branded materials in collaboration with design teams.
- Manage video production projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality.
- Support content requests for app/web updates and business development.
- Analyze customer data to refine CRM strategies and optimize processes.
- Take ownership of CRM projects, proactively seeking areas for improvement and growth.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, engineering, business, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on CRM campaign execution, brand strategy, and customer engagement.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms, automation, and data-driven marketing decisions.
- Ability to interpret customer data to enhance marketing strategies.
- Passion for leveraging CRM as a vital marketing channel with creative engagement tactics.
- Problem-solving skills with clear communication and troubleshooting abilities.
