Our Client is at the forefront of marketing and automation solutions for trade and home-service businesses across the UK. Their in-house CRM, Leads Hub, is an essential tool for both the business and their clients. With growing demand, they are looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist to help manage, optimise, and support their Leads Hub platform.
The Opportunity
Join our Client as their CRM & Automation Specialist and take ownership of the Leads Hub system. You will play a key role in supporting the clients, improving system functionality, and ensuring seamless automation within their CRM. This is an exciting position for someone who loves problem-solving, automation, and working hands-on with a powerful CRM platform.
Note: This position is based on-site with no hybrid or remote working options.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage & optimise the Leads Hub CRM (built on Go High Level) to ensure efficiency and smooth operations for both internal use and clients.
- Provide support & training to clients using Leads Hub, ensuring they understand how to maximise the platform s potential.
- Develop and refine automation workflows to streamline lead management, follow-ups, and sales processes.
- Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues related to CRM functionality, automation errors, and integrations.
- Monitor & analyse CRM data, providing insights and recommendations to improve automation performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement lead nurturing sequences and customer retention strategies.
- Keep documentation & SOPs up to date to ensure smooth onboarding for new users
Requirements:
- Experience with Go High Level (or similar CRM & automation tools) is preferred.
- A problem-solving mindset you love tackling system inefficiencies and finding smarter ways to do things.
- Strong technical ability, including knowledge of CRM integrations, API connections, and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication skills you can explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests, ensuring smooth onboarding and support.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
