Overview:

The CRM Associate will play a key role in executing and optimizing our customer relationship management strategies to drive retention, loyalty, and overall customer lifetime value. This role will be responsible for managing CRM campaigns, customer segmentation, loyalty programs, and personalization initiatives across multiple marketing channels, including email, SMS, and direct mail. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and manage multi-channel CRM marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, direct mail, and digital messaging, ensuring timely and strategic deployment.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop customer engagement strategies that align with brand goals and business objectives.
  • Utilize customer data and analytics to build and refine audience segments, ensuring targeted and personalized marketing efforts.
  • Implement dynamic content, predictive modeling, and AI-driven personalization to enhance customer interactions.
  • Analyze customer behavior and purchase trends to develop strategies that increase retention and lifetime value.
  • Partner with customer service and retail teams to create seamless omnichannel experiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, retention rates, and revenue impact.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with analytics and IT teams to maintain CRM data integrity and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Assist in managing CRM tools and platforms, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement new CRM technologies, integrations, and automation processes to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM, email marketing, data privacy, and engagement strategies.
What you bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in CRM and email marketing platforms (Listrak, Adobe, Segment, Power BI skills a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and customer segmentation.
  • Understanding of email/SMS best practices, personalization strategies, and data privacy regulations.
  • Experience with A/B testing and marketing automation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including marketing, ecommerce, IT, analytics, and customer service.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
