Job Summary
Responsible for CRM solution architecture, development, maintenance and optimization. Works as an essential part of the CRM project team to deliver easy to use solutions that improve efficiency and enhance the ability of MACU employees to serve members. This position will work with the VP of Experience, CRM Product Manager, CRM Systems Admin, designers, developers, analysts and business teams across the organization to develop the CRM roadmap, design solutions that will meet business needs and organizational strategy, help define projects and provide development timelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Designs and implements solutions that involve complex, multi-system integration for data and system processes.
  • Validates data conversion, imports, and automated integration.
  • Responsible for incentive technology - working with business leaders, IS/IT, and external vendors on incentive technology development, incentive system processes and is responsible for ongoing maintenance.
  • Provides technical quality oversight throughout development.
  • Responsible for CRM system uptime and reliability.
  • Documents, reviews and ensures written policy documents relative to CRM processes, data security, CRM change control process, and system access are in place and standards are met.
  • Responsible for CRM user interface, QA and systems reliability testing.
  • Handles member-facing employee questions and concerns related to CRM and incentive research.
  • Has ownership of the generation and maintenance of user and technical documentation.
  • Collaborates with the Data & Analytics Team to ensure efficient reporting within the CRM system that compliments the organizational business intelligence strategy.
  • Stays informed of new and improving CRM technology and use knowledge to influence strategy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, technology or related field with 8 years of experience working with CRM technology and sales incentive systems, including multiple systems integration.
  • Five years successfully managing technology projects.
  • Experience with an agile approach to software development.
  • Banking/Finance experience preferred.
Licenses, Certificates, Registrations

PMP certification preferred

Computer/Office Equipment Skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience with CRM systems admin and development such as SugarCRM, Dynamics, Oracle, etc. and system management for large organizations.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience using t-SQL and MS-SQL.
  • Advanced level skill for Excel.
  • Experience with HTML5 and XML
  • Knowledge of Web Services
  • Experience with core banking systems (Symitar) preferred.
  • Data reporting and visualization competencies.
Other Skills and Abilities
  • Experience with enterprise integration and best practices. Hands on experience working with integration tools and in data loading and transformation.
  • Experience in a role requiring effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization executive to frontline.
  • Self-starter with a high level of energy, motivation and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with demanding timelines.
  • Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
