Job Summary
As the CRM Architect, you will oversee and manage the allocation and renewal of Microsoft Project Online licenses, assist users with technical support, develop training materials, and manage the technical aspects of the platform.
Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Architect to oversee and manage the allocation and renewal of Microsoft Project Online licenses, assist users with technical support, develop training materials, and manage the technical aspects of the platform. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Trenton, NJ.

What You'll Do
  • License Management:
  • Oversee and manage the allocation and renewal of Microsoft Project Online licenses
  • Monitor license usage and ensure compliance with licensing agreements
  • Provide recommendations for license optimization and cost-efficiency
  • User Support:
  • Assist users with any issues related to Microsoft Project Online, including technical problems and usage queries
  • Respond to user support requests in a timely and effective manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with Microsoft support if necessary
  • Training and Documentation:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive cheat sheets and user guides to assist users in effectively utilizing Microsoft Project Online
  • Provide training sessions and workshops as necessary to ensure users are proficient with the platform
  • Create and update training materials, ensuring they are current and relevant
  • Technical Management:
  • Understand and manage the technical capabilities and configurations of Microsoft Project Online
  • Ensure proper setup of permissions and roles to maintain security and workflow efficiency
  • Monitor and manage project timelines to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth operation
  • Oversee system configurations, ensuring optimal performance and stability
  • Configure and maintain Enterprise Project Types (EPTs) and associated workflows
  • Manage Project Web App (PWA) settings, including custom fields, views, and enterprise calendars
  • Implement and manage integration with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications
  • Ensure proper setup and management of Project Sites and their corresponding permissions
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports for advanced project analytics and reporting
  • Perform regular system audits and compliance checks to ensure data integrity and security
  • Implement and manage custom solutions using Project Online APIs and Power Automate for process automation
  • Configure and maintain resource management settings, including resource pools and capacity planning
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of timesheet functionality and approval processes
  • Best Practices and Optimization:
  • Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Microsoft Project Online
  • Implement best practices to optimize project management processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the Project Online environment
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and users regarding updates, changes, and training schedules
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate and analyze reports to track project progress, user activity, and system performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve project management practices
What You'll Need

Required:
  • Proficient in configuring and managing Enterprise Project Types (EPTs) and Project Web App (PWA) settings
  • Experience with integrating Project Online with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications
  • Familiarity with Project Online APIs, Power Automate, and custom solution development
  • Knowledge of Power BI for creating advanced project analytics and reports
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Project Online administration and support
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Effective communication and training skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
