Critical Incident Coordinator with Security Clearance

Job Number: R Critical Incident Coordinator Key Role: Provide in-depth support and lead problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Manage the relationship with the end user through final resolution, including periodic status. Ensure critical incident notifications are issued. Actively monitor the status of critical incidents. Coordinate after-action meetings to assess the response to critical incidents. Establish and lead command posts when necessary. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with the use of software to track issues and customer interactions
4+ years of experience in communicating across business areas during incident coordination
4+ years of experience with triaging incidents and determining the severity, deciding the best course of action after an incident strikes, and delegating crucial tasks to the appropriate team member
4+ years of experience with the development of critical incident response plans
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: AWS Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
