Short DescriptionThe Critical Care Tech Program Instructor is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the CUHC training program. The Instructor is responsible for delivery and maintenance of all lecture and skills assessments for all required NHA Patient Care Tech Program content; evaluation of student performance; leading case-study scenarios and class discussion, skills instruction; written examinations; providing oversight and guidance for clinical rotations and remediation in congruence with relevant policies and procedures.
Experience Required- Candidate should have clinical experience; 3-5 years preferred. Education experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking skills related to data analysis and synthesis and application to clinical practice
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time management and program development skills
Education Requirements- Associates or Bachelor's degree is health science or education preferred
License/Certification Requirements- American Heart Association BLS
- NJ LPN
