As a Critical Care float Registered Nurse at Crozer Health - Taylor Hospital, you willâ€provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care by coordinating patient care, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families. You must respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Your day can vary from cardiovascular assessments, responding to code 99 alerts, identifying physiologic changes, nursing interventions and providing cardiac teaching at the professional or community level. Following of Five Medication Rights. Performing Patient Care. Equipment Utilization. Responding to Crises, Using De-escalation, Restraints and Patient Seclusion. Documenting Nursing Process. Communicating with the Physician Requirements. BSN preferred. Current PA RN License. ACLS and PALS preferred. 1 year of Telemetry experience.
