Position Highlights
- Flexible block scheduling:
- Options include 7-on/7-off or 4-on/4- off
- Day and nocturnist shifts available:
- Day shifts: 6 AM 6 PM
- Night shifts: 6 PM 6 AM
- No call required providers are fully off when off
- Manageable average census
- Adult-only patient population no pediatrics, cardiac, or thoracic cases
- ICU mix: 90% medical / 10% surgical
- Strong team support with APPs
- EMR: Currently Cerner; transitioning to Epic within the year
- Academic opportunities available with newly launched Internal Medicine residency and Family Medicine residency in development
