Locum Critical Care / Intensivist - Night Clinic (Procedures Required)
About the Opportunity:
Hospital is seeking a proficient and credentialed Critical Care Physician (Intensivist) for ongoing locum coverage in a night clinic setting. This role focuses on providing critical care consultations and performing essential procedures. There are no on-call responsibilities associated with this position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing consultations for critically ill patients in an outpatient clinic setting during evening hours.
- Performing and managing the following procedures:
- Endotracheal Intubations
- Central Venous Line Placements
- Arterial Line Placements
- Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals.
Required Procedures:
- Endotracheal Intubations
- Central Venous Line Placements
- Arterial Line Placements
Coverage Type: Clinic Only (Night Shift) - No Call.
Schedule: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (with a one-hour meal break), Monday - Friday (specific days may be flexible).
Minimum Board Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Critical Care Medicine.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified (BC) in Critical Care Medicine (or Board Eligible within Specify timeframe if acceptable).
- Active and unrestricted medical license in WA
- Must be proficient and credentialed in performing Endotracheal Intubations, Central Line Placements, and Arterial Line Placements.
- Experience in an acute care or critical care setting.
