See a day in the life of a Crew Team Member at McDonald's Wage: The wage for a crew member at Hart2Hart, Inc. in the Sioux Falls and Brandon, SD area start at: 16 years and up- $15.00/hr. 14/15 years of age- $13.00/hr. Essential Duties: u00b7 Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and provide them with a positive experience. u00b7 Take customersu2019 orders and accurately input them into the computer system. u00b7 Prepare and cook food items according to McDonaldu2019s standards. u00b7 Operate equipment such as grills, fryers, and drink dispensers.(if permitted by Federal/State Law) u00b7 Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning equipment (if permitted by Federal/State Law). u00b7 Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. u00b7 Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards. u00b7 Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or questions in a timely manner and professional manner. Physical Requirements: u00b7 Must be able to remain stationary during peak hours. u00b7 Ability to move positions when instructed. u00b7 Ability to move boxes up to 50lbs. u00b7 Ability to position self to safely obtain product from low places. u00b7 Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. u00b7 Ability to observe the work environment. u00b7 Exposure to high and low temperatures. Qualifications: u00b7 Minimum of 14 years old. u00b7 Reliable Transportation. u00b7 Permitted to work in the US. u00b7 Available mornings, nights, weekends, holidays. u00b7 Prior experience in a customer service or food service setting is a plus, but not required.
