Position Summary
The Crew Foreman is responsible for directing and overseeing underground utility operations in the field. This role involves leading a crew, ensuring efficient and safe work practices, and maintaining project schedules. The position offers a guaranteed 5-day work week
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct and manage a crew in underground utility operations.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Operate and maintain equipment as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
- Communicate effectively with the Foreman Director.

- Ability to read and interpret project plans.
- Education & ExperienceProven experience in utility operations.
- Valid driver's license.
- OSHA certifications (preferred)
