Member Business Financial Services, L.L.P. (MBFS), a credit union-owned company, is looking for a Credit Services Administrator. This position will provide support to Member Business Financial Services, LLC's AVP of Credit Services, Relationship Managers, and Credit/Portfolio Analyst teams. Responsible for the timely, thorough, and accurate review of new underwriting submissions while ensuring compliance with servicing agreements, government regulations, and/or lending policies.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Review loan request packages for completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate with the Relationship Managers to ensure missing loan information is received in a timely manner.
  • Track loan information ensuring all commercial loan data is received and stored accurately in the nCino system.
  • Accurately enter detailed loan transactions into nCino as needed.
  • Coordinate with the AVP of Credit Services, Relationship Managers, and Credit/Portfolio analysts to assign estimated completion dates on credit underwrites and loan reviews.
  • Verify quality, completeness and accuracy of supporting loan documentation and analyses.
  • Possess pleasant interpersonal skills necessary for projecting a positive image as representative of the CUSO and interacting with staff members of credit unions, and managing routine customer service tasks.
Requirements:
  • One or more years of similar or related experience.
  • Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in relevant field).
  • Thorough understanding of credit underwriting and industry practices preferred.
  • Familiarity with nCino/Salesforce platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Must be detail oriented and a self-starter.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
