We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to oversee credit operations, manage cash flow, mitigate financial risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role is critical to maintaining the organization's financial health and supporting growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer creditworthiness and establish limits, risk profiles, and terms.
- Monitor accounts receivable and minimize bad debt exposure.
- Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and lenders to resolve credit matters.
- Lead customer onboarding, predictive risk analysis, and centralized credit data management.
- Drive digital innovation to optimize credit processes and boost productivity.
- Develop and enforce credit and treasury policies.
- Identify and manage financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and tax regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of credit/treasury management experience.
- Preferred certifications: CCP, CFA, or CMA.
- Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Visio, and database management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
