Credit Control Manager

We're working with a well-established business looking to recruit an experienced Credit Control Manager to lead and strengthen their credit function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident in managing the end-to-end credit control process and driving improvements to reduce aged debt.
What you'll be doing:
Oversee the credit control team and daily operations
Manage debtor ledgers and ensure timely collection of payments
Monitor credit limits, assess risk, and review credit terms
Handle escalated queries and resolve disputes professionally
Produce aged debt reports and present updates to management
Identify and implement process improvements
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in credit control, with leadership responsibilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Confident using accounting/ERP systems and Excel
Able to manage deadlines and work under pressure
