LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our Morris County, NJ client in their search for a Credit and Collections Representative. This is a temporary position that has potential to turn permanent.
Job Overview:
- Calling and emailing customers with past due accounts - potentially 200 customers per week
- Receiving inbound calls from customers and other divisions
- Researching and resolving disputes
- Evaluating credit worthiness
- Supporting outside agencies by reviewing documentation to confirm validity of contested charges
- Processing bankruptcies
- Assisting with helpdesk tickets
- Daily sweeps reporting
Qualifications:
- Degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service or "soft" collections
- Exceptional follow up skills
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Detail oriented and structured
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized
Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
