Job Title: Credit Analyst I
Job Type: Full time; Contract (3 months)
Location: Garden Grove, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.43-$22.14/ per hour
Job Description:
The Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzing credit information pertaining to loans. In addition, to verifying and updating credit information as requested by clients in support of the mortgage underwriting process, provides operational support to the production team through the course of the credit report supplement process.
Customer problem resolution via the telephone
Inbound consumer and client calls
Word processing, including general correspondence and data entry
Interface with customers regarding inquiries and complaints
Effectively research internet for documentation to assist with verification requests
Analyze credit files to determine cause of missing data, changes to credit data
Skills/Experience:
Credit Experience
Call Center Experience
Desired Skills:
Mortgage Experience preferred
Must be PC literate with basic office skills.
Basic typing (25 wpm)
Possess effective written/verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills
Credit reporting, loan servicing, mortgage banking, and/or call center background
Degree Requirements:
High school diploma/GED
Pay Details: $21.43 to $22.14 per hour
