Position Summary: Responsible for supporting the Credit Managers/Credit Analysts in processing new dealer application packages, preparing and securing associated legal documentation and maintaining customer account information in various systems/databases. Frequent interaction with the field sales team and manufacturer/dealer customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Review and organize new application packages submitted by sales and prepare for submission to underwriting following underwriting guidelines and policies. (credit bureaus, financial statement organization, trade references)
- Ensure applications are processed within established time frames.
- Prepare approved dealer legal documentation, manage Uniform Commercial Code filings, search and notification process. Track and monitor to ensure all conditions of approval (pre and post funding) are satisfied.
- Enter and update information into computer system/database or log.
- Communicate effectively with sales, underwriting and our manufacturer and dealer contacts to facilitate a smooth and efficient new dealer boarding process.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
- Team environment- requires ability to assist in any process function when needed.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred. Or alternatively, minimum of high school diploma or GED and related experience.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and policy and procedure manuals. Ability to draft customer facing emails and correspondence on a regular basis. Ability to communicate effectively via phone with a variety of manufacturer/dealer contacts.
