Job Description: Social Media Manager - Creator-Focused We're seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join a dynamic content team focused on supporting creators. In this role, you'll lead the social presence for a major platform, bringing the brand voice to life and crafting compelling content that educates and inspires creators. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a sharp eye for storytelling and detail.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day scheduling, posting, and calendar coordination across social platforms.
Conceptualize, write, and create original copy that stands out and engages audiences.
Build and maintain a dedicated broadcast channel to share product updates and best practices with creators.
Pitch, develop, and plan innovative social content that highlights the platform's value to creators.
Collaborate with editorial leads to ensure the content calendar is accurate and current.
Identify and amplify social trends, and propose collaborations with influential creators.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.

Deep understanding of the creator economy and current social trends.
Fluent in internet culture and platform-specific best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
