Working in the Creative Team, the Creator Partnership Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a high growth potential start-up by establishing their brand awareness across social media platforms and fostering, nurturing and growing our community of Creator Partners.
Our ideal candidate has great written communications and a strong knowledge of and interest in creator marketing, social media, and digital marketing. They'll also have in depth knowledge of social media and the Creator economy - ideally, they'll be a content creator themselves to really connect with the community.
In addition, the ideal candidate is a personable and pacesetting conversationalist - you will be engaging with creators daily and encouraging chats within our Discord, so curiosity and expressing genuine interest is a must.

80% Social Media:- Be the main point of contact for creators across all of our social media platforms - namely Discord, Twitter, Bluesky and the DMS Newsletter.
- Oversee the Creator Program, the roadmap for creators to maximize their potential with Do Me a Solid.
- Provide valuable resources to our existing Creator Pool through written blogs, social media posts and Discord discussions.
- Perform outreach on social media to grow our pool of creator partners.
20% Administrative Tasks/SEO:- Onboarding new creators and making relevant changes to their profile when prompted.
- Content writing for specific key terms.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated coachability, time management, and self-leadership as shown in application materials.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills as shown in application materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Creativity - out of the box thinking is highly encouraged, as shown in application materials.
- Excellent writing skills as shown in application materials.
- Basic design skills - Canva, Photoshop, as shown in application materials.
- Standard video editing skills - Capcut, Tiktok, as shown in application materials.
Position RequirementsDuring the semester term of the appointment, the student hourly must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours. For summer periods the student hourly must: (1) have been enrolled in no less than 6 hours in the past spring semester or (2) be pre-enrolled in the upcoming fall semester in no less than 6 hours or (3) be enrolled in summer session or (4) be admitted to study in the upcoming fall semester. Student Hourlies may be undergraduate or graduate students. (Exceptions granted for GRA/GTA/GA appointments DO NOT apply to Student Hourly appointments).Employment Conditions(1) Student employees are
not eligible for remote work arrangements unless an exception is approved by the unit leadership and HR.
