Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a Creative Specialist on behalf of our client, a company that offers house calls for urgent care, Botox, and IV therapy. This role is crucial in shaping and maintaining the company's visual identity across digital and print platforms. The Creative Specialist will oversee graphic design, brand asset management, and website content while leveraging AI tools to enhance creative workflows. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design:
  • Design high-quality visuals for digital and print, including social media content, website banners, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop design concepts that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or Runway) to streamline design processes and enhance creative production.
Website Management:
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring brand consistency and optimal user experience.
  • Optimize visuals and layouts for responsiveness and engagement.
  • Work with developers (if needed) to implement advanced design features.
AI Integration:
  • Implement AI-driven tools for content generation, design ideation, and production efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI trends and recommend tools that enhance creative output.
Branding and Content Creation:
  • Maintain consistent branding across platforms by creating style guides, templates, and design systems.
  • Support copywriting efforts for marketing campaigns, website content, and product descriptions.
Collaboration and Strategy:
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop creative concepts and execute campaigns.
  • Bring innovative ideas to elevate brand storytelling and enhance audience engagement.
Requirements:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience:
  • 5+ years in graphic design, creative marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience managing website content using CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace.
Skills:
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing brand identity and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
  • Strong typography, composition, and layout skills.
  • Copywriting ability for marketing campaigns and website content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications:
  • Relevant design or digital marketing certifications are a plus.
Knowledge:
  • Understanding of AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Runway).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Awareness of UX/UI best practices.
