CREATIVE MARKETING COORDINATOR
Role Overview:
The Creative Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level position that will be responsible for assisting the creative team in executing campaigns and maintaining smooth workflows across photoshoots, video production, and other creative assets. You will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that creative projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with the brand's aesthetic and vision. This role demands a strong balance of creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Photoshoot Support:
- Assists in the planning and execution of photoshoots (PDPs, Lifestyle, Campaign + Fit Videos) as needed, ensuring all logistics are in place (location, models, props, equipment, etc.)
- Assist in identifying and organizing style selections for ghost imagery production, ensuring accurate coordination of garments for each product drop.
Video Editing & Execution:
- Assists in editing video content for various platforms, including Fit Videos, Lifestyle + Campaign.
- Manages video asset organization and ensures timely delivery for internal stakeholders.
Pre and Post-Production for Photoshoots (Lifestyle, PDP, Campaign + Fit Videos Content):
- Handles pre-production preparation, including sourcing props, pinning mood boards, printing and distributing shot lists, preparing monthly concept decks, and scheduling.
- Supports producers in post-production efforts by managing asset delivery as needed, ensuring the final output meets brand standards.
- Handles file management and ensures sufficient storage of high-quality images and video assets.
- Pack and prep for lifestyle or campaign shoots (ensure items on shot list are packed).
- Reviews lifestyle imagery for quality control.
- Ensure images are prepped and converted to Webp format for Shopify upload
- Assist in providing image crops to the Marketing team from lifestyle photoshoots.
Creative Calendars & Project Management:
- Adheres to the creative production calendar to ensure all deadlines are met for planning, and post-production.
- Coordinates timelines as needed for creative deliverables, including creative decks, photoshoots, video production, and fit videos.
Organizing Creative Collateral:
- Assists, organizes, and manages creative assets (photos, videos, graphics, etc.) for presentations, pitch decks, image boards, and campaigns as needed.
- Ensures all creative collateral is in line with the brand's guidelines and quality standards.
