Responsibilities:

1. Software and Applications:

1. • Evaluate, recommend, and implement software solutions that align with organizational objectives.
   • Provide technical support for software applications used by staff and volunteers.
   • Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and creatively align IT strategies with organizational goals.

1. Data Management:

1. • Implement and manage data storage, backup, and recovery solutions.
   • Develop and enforce creative data management policies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

1. User Support:

1. • Provide technical support to staff and volunteers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
   • Conduct engaging training sessions to enhance IT literacy across the organization.

1. Vendor Management:

1. • Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring the procurement of cost-effective and high-quality hardware and software.

1. IT Policies and Procedures:

1. • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, infusing creativity to ensure the responsible and innovative use of technology resources.
   • Keep policies up-to-date with industry best practices.

1. Equipment:

1. • Manage and creatively set up all equipment, including laptops, iPads, and phones, to support a dynamic and efficient work environment.
