POSITION TITLE: Creative Content Strategist

REPORTS TO: Marketing

LOCATION: In person, LA Office. Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm (plus one weekend day a month as needed)

Position Summary

We're on the hunt for tomorrow's social innovator-the Creative Content Strategist of the future. You're not just a storyteller; you're a digital-native who lives and breathes e-commerce, website builds, AI-driven avatars and video content, ads that convert, and 1-2 hour social video turn-arounds on trending topics. You'll conceptualize, design, and execute high-impact multimedia across every platform-Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, green-screen livestreams, and whatever social channel comes next-to amplify our brand and drive engagement. You'll work autonomously, push creative boundaries, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to hit business goals.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Creative Content & Production

  • Multimedia Mastery: Produce original videos, reels, motion graphics, photography, and live-stream content with rapid 1-2 hour turn-around on trending topics.
  • AI Innovation: Leverage AI tools to build avatars, generate video scripts/content, and automate production workflows.
  • Social Agility: Create quick-hit IG/TikTok reels, green-screen videos, and viral content that taps into current trends.
  • Ad Creation & Management: Develop and launch paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), track performance, and iterate creative based on metrics.
  • E-Commerce & Web Builds: Design and update e-commerce landing pages; support website builds and content updates (Shopify, WordPress, custom HTML/CSS).

Visual & Artistic Execution

  • Capture high-quality assets using professional photography and videography gear.
  • Edit and polish final content in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent.
  • Design motion graphics and special effects to elevate brand storytelling.

Strategic Content Planning

  • Lead concepting and storyboarding sessions that align with our brand's future-focused voice and vision.
  • Monitor social listening and analytics to identify emerging trends and pivot content strategies in real time.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate social content into broader marketing campaigns.

Content Optimization & Management

  • Optimize YouTube videos (titles, tags, thumbnails) and website assets for SEO and engagement.
  • Organize and archive digital assets for easy access and reuse.
  • Track social performance KPIs and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Daily Tasks

  • Participate in daily stand-ups to prioritize deliverables, share creative insights, and unblock roadblocks.
  • Capture and edit patient or product visuals, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with protocols.
  • Review all content for accuracy, brand alignment, and readiness before publishing.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries via Slack, email, and social DMs.
  • Engage with followers on social channels, fostering community and managing online reputation.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

Artistic & Technical Expertise

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, e-commerce, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing viral social videos, AI-driven content, paid social ads, and website or landing page builds.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.
  • Advanced skills in photography/videography (lighting, composition, sound) and rapid-edit workflows.

Digital Innovation & Problem Solving

  • Demonstrated track record of using AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Synthesia) for content ideation and production.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and basic web development (HTML/CSS, WordPress).
  • Ability to pivot quickly on trending topics and deliver high-quality social videos within 1-2 hours.
  • Strong analytical mindset-comfortable interpreting social metrics and optimizing campaigns on the fly.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks under tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting business needs.
