Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the creative strategy in alignment with brand and business goals.
- Manage and mentor the internal creative team, including art direction and design execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and key business initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of assets across digital, print, packaging, retail, and e-commerce platforms.
- Develop emotionally resonant brand stories that connect with diverse customer segments.
- Guide the use of internal resources and external vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
- Use consumer insights and performance data to inform and refine creative approaches.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in a creative direction, marketing, or branding ideally within consumer products, lifestyle, or health and wellness brands.
- Creative visionary with a keen ability to leverage marketing data and competitive insights to develop impactful brand campaigns.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing strong visual storytelling and brand-building capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and hands-on experience with multimedia content creation.
- Solid understanding of commercial photography, videography, and production workflows.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
