A fast-growing, award-winning company in the Consumer Products Manufacturing industry is seeking a Creative Director to lead and elevate their brand storytelling across all touchpoints. This role is perfect for someone who blends creative flair with strategic thinking - someone who can turn big ideas into compelling campaigns that drive engagement and build brand loyalty.



Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the creative strategy in alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Manage and mentor the internal creative team, including art direction and design execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and key business initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of assets across digital, print, packaging, retail, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop emotionally resonant brand stories that connect with diverse customer segments.
  • Guide the use of internal resources and external vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Use consumer insights and performance data to inform and refine creative approaches.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
  • Balance creative innovation with business objectives to drive results and maximize ROI.
  • Stay current on industry trends, design innovations, and competitive activity.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years in a creative direction, marketing, or branding ideally within consumer products, lifestyle, or health and wellness brands.
  • Creative visionary with a keen ability to leverage marketing data and competitive insights to develop impactful brand campaigns.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing strong visual storytelling and brand-building capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and hands-on experience with multimedia content creation.
  • Solid understanding of commercial photography, videography, and production workflows.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for innovation and user-focused design.
