We're looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead and shape the creative direction of a bold, modern beauty brand. In this role, you'll drive the visual identity, brand storytelling, and content execution across every marketing channel-from digital and social to packaging and partnerships.
You'll be at the helm of a high-performing creative team, collaborating closely with leadership to ensure that all creative output is strategic, innovative, and resonates deeply with our audience. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role where you'll have the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on brand identity, campaigns, and culture.
Location: Full-time, hybrid (3 days/week in West LA office)

What You'll Do
- Define and execute a compelling creative vision, ensuring consistent brand expression across all channels.
- Lead end-to-end development of creative assets-ads, emails, social content, packaging, photoshoots, influencer materials, and more.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators; foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and speed.
- Evolve the brand's visual identity and tone of voice, bringing fresh thinking and consistency to every touchpoint.
- Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Brand Marketing team, aligning creative output with business objectives and long-term strategy.
- Concept and launch standout campaigns that drive brand affinity, customer engagement, and cultural relevance.
- Own and manage creative production timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Translate ideas into visual mockups quickly and effectively to communicate direction.
- Lead presentations and clearly articulate creative concepts to stakeholders and partners.
- Incorporate feedback while balancing artistic integrity with strategic goals.
- Stay ahead of trends in design, culture, and digital storytelling, pushing boundaries and maintaining a forward-thinking brand presence.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of creative experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer lifestyle brands (agency and in-house mix preferred).
- Strong aesthetic and storytelling ability with a portfolio that showcases brand campaigns and multi-channel creative strategies.
- Proven track record of leading high-functioning creative teams and delivering impactful work.
- Deep knowledge of branding, content creation, copywriting, and design for digital and traditional platforms.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects); motion/video editing experience a plus.
- Strong communicator with the ability to pitch ideas, provide feedback, and advocate for creative excellence.
- Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and test new approaches based on performance data.
