The Creative Director will lead the strategy and execution of performance-driven campaigns, with a specialized focus on paid social video ads. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Development: Oversee the creation of performance-driven social video ads tailored for key platforms, ensuring they align with brand identity and drive conversions.
- Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign data to identify insights and conduct A/B tests, optimizing video creatives, copy, and CTAs to maximize ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Performance Marketing Strategy: Turn e-commerce business goals and customer insights into actionable creative strategies that prioritize performance and customer acquisition over brand-building alone.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with performance marketing, data, and design teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and optimized for performance.
- Timely Campaign Execution: Develop a content calendar for seasonal campaigns that align with both business objectives and marketing timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present clear, data-backed insights and campaign performance updates to leadership, ensuring alignment and driving continuous optimization of strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with a focus on paid social video advertising (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), and experience in e-commerce customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing social video ad creatives for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- A strong portfolio showcasing measurable results from performance-driven campaigns, with a focus on paid social video advertising.
- E-commerce specialist: Expertise in driving online sales and customer acquisition, ideally with experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) models.
- Stability & Long-Term Commitment: A history of staying with roles for several years, not just hopping between jobs.
- Strong experience in data-driven marketing, using insights to constantly refine and improve ad creatives and campaign strategies.
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and platforms like Facebook Ad Manager.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present performance insights and align cross-functional teams on creative direction.
This is a hybrid position based in Calabasas, CA.
