This could involve shaping compelling digital marketing campaigns and brand experiences, conceptualizing and managing the layout and design of physical retail environments, or crafting engaging instructional programs that empower our teams.
You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners, leverage insights to inform your designs, and ensure that all solutions are not only creative and innovative but also highly effective and strategically aligned. You will be a key player in driving new capabilities and maintaining high standards of excellence across various project types. Responsibilities:Design & Experience Leadership: Lead the creation and execution of innovative experiences and solutions across various mediums (eg, digital platforms, multi-channel marketing communications, physical retail layouts, instructional content).
Strategic Planning & Development: Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and creative briefs. Drive strategic development, ensuring solutions are rooted in insights and meet business goals.Technical Design & Content Creation: Utilize advanced design software (eg, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, XD, Sketch, Figma) to develop high-quality visuals, layouts, and content.
Project Management & Execution: Manage multiple concurrent projects from inception to delivery, overseeing all aspects including planning, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, and ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with marketing strategists, account services, planners, operations, engineering, product teams, legal, and other key internal and external partners to ensure seamless integration and execution.Innovation & Capability Development: Identify and drive the development of new capabilities, processes, and best practices in design, content creation, and project delivery.
Mentorship & Influence: Lead, inspire, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and a passion for high-quality, effective work. Influence at senior levels and across diverse teams.Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs and solutions adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations (eg, WCAG 2.
0, Board of Pharmacy regulations for physical layouts), and brand guidelines.Qualifications:10-15 years of relevant professional experience in a creative, design, or project leadership role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, effective work.Demonstrated ability to lead the development of impactful communications, digital experiences, physical designs, or instructional solutions.
Extensive background and understanding of relevant tools and best practices within digital design, physical layout design (eg, AutoCAD), or instructional design (eg, Info Mapping, adult learning principles).Proven experience working on integrated initiatives for large organizations with multiple stakeholders.Capable of strategic thinking, big idea generation, and effective problem-solving in complex, fast-paced environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing requirements.Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence at all levels.Proficient with relevant industry software and tools (eg, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite; experience with XD, Sketch, Figma, or AutoCAD as applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in health care, insurance, retail, or E-commerce communications/design.Familiarity with content management systems (eg, Adobe Experience Manager), project management software (eg, MS Project, Workfront), or learning management systems (LMS).Experience creating and implementing digital identity systems and guidelines.
Knowledge of print production processes or commercial retail design.Project Management (PMP) or Instructional Design certification.Experience with Motion and Experience Design (eg, After Effects, AR, Voice).
