Job Overview
We're looking for a Creative Associate with a strong eye for detail and a passion for bold, high-performance design. This individual will assist in executing packaging design, product visualization, and brand assets that reflect the premium look of AN Supps. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to grow in a fast-paced, design-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute dynamic design tasks and projects, including collaborating to ensure alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
- Develop product labels and social media assets that align with brand guidelines and retail-specific needs.
- Support the development of 3D product renders for internal reviews, retailer presentations, and marketing use (if skilled in 3D).
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of design excellence.
- Stay up to date on trends in fitness, design, and packaging to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the team
- Maintain organized design files and asset libraries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working professionally in digital design (in-house or with a creative agency)
- Good understanding of visual design principles and techniques, with familiarity in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Highly proficient in Illustrator (required) and Photoshop.
- Experience in packaging design and an understanding of working with printing files, dielines, and packaging compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 3D design skills are a major plus - proficiency in Blender or any equivalent software.
- A portfolio that shows skilled and technical design work, including packaging, branding, and/or product visualization.
- Must be passionate about the sports nutrition industry, fitness, wellness and health.
Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D skills
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
- Video or motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar)
- Photography or retouching capabilities
