TITLE: Crash Records - Customer Service Representative - 4997 - 5390
JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for processing crash data submitted by law enforcement, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Reviewing all types of correspondence for accuracy and completeness.

Location: Downtown Phoenix 85031
Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30p.m.; M-F
Projected Duration: one year
Projected start date: 6/16/25
Pay: $18.08 per hour
Benefits: Available after eligibility period
DUTIES
- Examining and evaluating documentation received such as court documents, contracts, correspondence and applications
- Create electronic records, utilizing applicable databases and computer applications
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year of Data Entry
- 10 Key
- Ability to read and understand maps
- High School Diploma
- Proficient PC Skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Background check is required
