Job Summary - This position is an integral part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Team, actively collaborating on enterprise-wide and business unit-specific initiatives aimed at improving organizational efficiency. The Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise-wide BI solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of dashboards, cubes, interactive analytical reports, extracts, and other data visualization tools. The role involves assessing existing data sources and translating them into new BI solutions and tools. Additionally, the individual will oversee the implementation, development, and maintenance of reporting tools.

- Preferred: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

- Required: Minimum of 4 years experience with data related to clinical, financial, or other enterprise domains OR Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

- Independently conducts in-depth analyses, identifies underlying patterns, and proposes innovative solutions.

- Efficient in multiple programming languages, with a strong grasp of database management and optimization techniques.

- Can design and optimize complex data models to support scalable analytics and reporting needs
- For financial reporting: Prior experience with an Accounts Receivable (AR) system is preferred but not required.
- For clinical reporting: Prior experience with an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system is preferred but not required.
- For supply chain/finance: Prior experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is preferred but not required.
- For enterprise reporting: Prior experience with operational systems such as Press Ganey, UKG, Vizient, Microsoft Power BI, or Fabric is preferred but not required
