• Job Summary
  • The IT Technical Supervisor is responsible for providing advanced technical support, guidance, and supervision to the aligned IT team(s). This role requires both people management skills and a deep understanding of IT architecture and systems. The IT Technical Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of IT systems and services, overseeing user support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and coordinating with vendors when necessary. Additionally, this role involves implementing and enforcing IT policies and procedures, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with the IT Manager to prioritize and execute IT initiatives.
• Job Requirements
  • Education
    • • Preferred: Associate s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • • Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role, or healthcare related experience. Prior experience in team leadership, project coordination, and customer support is preferred OR associate s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
      • Proficiency in IT project management methodologies and tools.
      • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
      • In-depth technical knowledge of IT applications, systems, infrastructure, and operations.
      • Expertise in IT architecture design and implementation.
      • Knowledge of process analysis, optimization, and documentation.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
      • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
