Job Summary
  • The IT Manager manages multiple IT teams and is responsible for the implementation, management, optimization, and support of applications, systems, infrastructure, and/or development responsibilities for the organization. The IT Manager role provides oversight & guidance of team(s), assigns resources to complete projects, ensures timely resolution of escalated support requests, and responsible for the evaluation and development of staff. The position works closely with fellow IT leadership to ensure the needs of the organization are met and sets strategy alongside executive leadership on current and future initiatives. The IT Manager collaborates with various departments to align technology strategies with business goals. The IT Manager position will represent and proxy for IT senior leadership as necessary.

    We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead critical teams focused on healthcare interoperability and platform conversion/archiving. This role will oversee HL7 and FHIR integrations, Interoperability/HIE, and conversion oversight for both EHR and ERP application portfolios. Additionally, the position includes responsibility for application data archiving for end-of-life applications and enterprise file transfers. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in healthcare IT, data exchange, and system integrations, with the ability to drive strategy and execution across these key areas.

Job Requirements
  • Education
    • Required:Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience (8 years).
  • Experience
    • Required: 2-5 years of experience in IT management and/or general supervision.
  • Skills
      • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
      • Proficiency in IT project management methodologies and tools.
      • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
      • In-depth understanding of IT applications, systems, infrastructure, and operations.
      • Knowledge of process analysis, optimization, and documentation.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
