Job Summary - Responsible for nutritional care and follow up of patients, as well as communicating information to other health care professionals. Assist in quality assessment audits, in-service and community education programs.
Job Requirements - Education
- Required: Bachelors from an accredited University Program
- Experience
- Required: Completion of an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) approved internship or coordinated undergraduate program
- Skills
- Reading, writing, mathematic calculations pertinent to position, computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to follow direction and work well as a team player
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Registered Dietitian with State Licensure or Registry eligible with successful completion within 90 days of hire.
- Maintains registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration
