Description:
Responsible for receipt, transport and distribution of laboratory specimens in a timely fashion, result reports, supplies, and equipment required to maintain excellent customer service for all laboratory clients, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Education Requirements: - High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Experience Requirements:
- One year of courier or customer service experience.
License Requirements:
Skill Requirements: - Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Reasoning ability and good independent judgment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
