Duties / Responsibilities: Trains and instructs US Army Soldiers undergoing training and development at the US Army's Intelligence Center of Excellence's Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC). Position develops tests and visual aids. Coordinates class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Assists with and develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs. Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards for students and instructors. Minimum Qualifications: - Must have 6 years of MOS operational experience as a 35L or 351L (or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. Government agency) conducting counterintelligence operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years. - Have completed one applicable military course (ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC) - Must have a TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance. - Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to CISAC intelligence operations. Preferred Experience: - 6-months experience as an ICF Claimant conducting intelligence operations in which ICF was used and accounted for. - Practical experience using ICF and a thorough understanding of regulations for use and accountability of ICF. - 6-months experience as either a Class B Agent officer or a Class A Custodian.
