Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct a mechanically assisted count of the contents of the live gaming device drop boxes to determine, by table, the amount of the drop and the win.
- Conduct a mechanically assisted count of the contents of the EGD BV boxes and Sports Wagering Kiosks BV boxes.
- Perform Electronic Gaming Device and Sports Wagering Kiosk drop collection.
- Transfer currency from each drop to the Main Bank.
- Assist in the upkeep of all equipment.
- Follow established procedures, and internal control policies.
- Prepping archived paperwork for shred
- Assist in the Receiving Department, such as making deliveries to departments and receiving inventory from delivery trucks.
- Assist in non-gaming functions, such as Facilities during inclement weather assist with clearing snow or applying salt to sidewalks or any other assistance that is needed for maintaining property.
- Assist in banquet and concert set-up and break down
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
- Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Job Functions:
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience Required: Minimum of one year of cashiering/cash handling or clerical experience preferred.
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to effectively interact with people. Ability to perform mathematical functions and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
- Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to lift 20 pounds frequently on a daily basis. Able to work varied hours, holidays, and weekends.
